Page does not completely load and the flash plugin causes the page to blink
repeatedly.

Appears to be two issues here.  First, the page not loading correctly.  Server sends mozilla a page containing LAYERs that aren't rendered; it sends IE a page with IFRAME instead.  I loaded the page in IE, saved to a local file, edited the local file to set BASE to href="http://www.thesource.com/news/" and opened in Mozilla; the page layout was fine.  Both versions of the page have suspicious javascripts assuming LAYER; didn't seem to affect basic page layout though.  Suggest evangalism.

Unfortunately, the flickering remained and was present even without the Flash plugin installed.  It does, however, seem to affect the main page but not the three central IFRAMEs.  Will work on testcase for this.

using win32 4/18 build, page gets done loading.
can everyone verify on all platforms?
per performance meeting on Thursday, 4/19/01.  marking bug fixed.  we believe 
fixes for other infinite throbber, page not done loading bugs also covered 
this bug.

please verify. reopen if problem still exist.
