Follow up bug from bug 449981. Users who disable third party cookies are likely going to want to also disable third party localstorage, since they are functionally very similar.

Johann, can we close this as worksforme? Blocking cookies also blocks localStorage/sessionStorage, IDB, sharedWorker, serviceWorker ( and therefore serviceWorker cache as well)
