Links in Navigator and MailNews to http://www.mozilla.org/projects/seamonkey/release-notes/, such as the one on the "Welcome to Mozilla Mail & News" page, should be replaced by links to http://www.mozilla.org/releases/. The release notes on that page are more current.
updated link on mailnews start page however there are probably still lots of links to the old download page hidden in various places
