Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; rv:2.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0.1
The page says page is untrusted, but popup says valid certificate and will not let me add an exception. See Steps to Reproduce.
I cannot access the page as I cannot add an exception.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. I got to a page that has an expired (and I believe, self-signed?) certificate - get:
"This Connection is Untrusted" page etc etc
"Technical Details
****.internal.***.net uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate expired on 18/04/11 3:35 PM. The current time is 5/05/11 8:27 AM.
(Error code: sec_error_expired_certificate)
2. I click 'Add Exception'
3. Popup window says
"Valid Certificate
This site provides valid, verified identification. There is no need to add an exception."
Confirm Exception is greyed out, I cannot select it.
[Screenshot provided]
4. If I select "View" button next to the 'Valid Certificate'
I get "Could not verify this certificate because it has expired" etc etc.
[Screenshot provided]
Actual Results:
Page says Untrusted Connection and will not let me access, and I cannot add an exception.
Cannot access the page at all, have to use different browser (Safari) to visit page.
Expected Results:
I add an exception, and can visit the page.

I can't confirm this bug without a test URL and your screenshots black that out. Please provide a test URL so we can try to reproduce this bug.
Duping against 659736, which is newer, but at least has a valid URL.

Problem existed for 2-3 weeks, I would go to the page, there was no way of accessing it, then opened Safari to view it. Issue spontaneously resolved within the last week - I have no idea what changed, but I can now get to the page.
