When a message with some attachment is open in new window, in some circumstance user has minor readability on files name because the new transparency on this area on Aereo theme.
I'm not sure if is a bug or is deliberate, then mark this unconfirmed.

This patch gives messagepanebox a background-color only in Message window.
This change affects also WinXP, but doesn't hurt because the window itself has this background-color.
