Bookmarks can not be moved on Bookmarks Toolbar after moving a live bookmark.
Reproducible: always
Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Firefox under a new profile
2. Enable Bookmarks Toolbar
3. Click on the Latest Headlines button and while holding it clicked change it's position with Getting Started bookmark
Actual results:
None of the bookmarks can be rearranged on the Bookmarks Toolbar after performing step 3.
Expected results:
Bookmarks from Bookmarks Toolbar will be rearranged.

something in events must have changed that makes d&d on Linux toolbar work intermittently.
