As a follow up bug to bug 649154, which implements DOMCrypt as an experimental crypto property for web pages which provides a PKI API, we need a very simple way for web users to exchange Public Keys couched in new lingo. See https://wiki.mozilla.org/Privacy/Features/mozCipherAddressbook I have added this to Firefox General as there is no good category for it. This bug, unlike bug 649154, needs access to gBrowser and the notificationbar in a very Fx-specific way.
