If you have a mail or news posting that has the "Content-Base" in the header
Mozilla doesn't seem to use that for looking up links.
I'll attach a newsposting that contains a flash moview that Mozilla doesn't
render but both Netscape 4.x and Outlook Express does.

I think this is a dup. it's the cause of several problems, #66673 for example.

the other "content-base:" bug got duped on #77539
perhaps this is a dup of that bug as well.
