if you try to open an adress with german ß it translates the ß to ss. thats wrong! in august 2010 the IDNA 2008 which regulates the interpretation of the "ß" was published.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. try to open website www.nilßon.de
Actual Results:
the website www.nilsson.de opens
Expected Results:
its the wrong site which opens, it is the site of a building market, not the site of mr. nilßon with pictures on it.
