KaiRo, looking at the l10n-dashboard, it seems nb-NO is pretty good for sea_beta except for cZ and not having an official signoff. Pike has told me there was a few locales he took for Fx5 that never officially signed off. I'm also having no luck getting in touch with the nb-NO maintainer atm. I propose we drop it from cZ all-locales for now, and force a signoff anyway. Please WONTFIX if you can't accept this plan, or comment if I should go ahead with it.

The nb-NO l10n of cZ is now updated.
