At the Firefox Workweek offsite, we brainstormed a bunch of ideas for telemetry metrics. This bug will be the (temporary) metabug, with subbugs filed for a few other areas. The plan is to do some hacking to fix a pile of these, move the remainders to some wiki page, and then close these out.
