Sometimes it could be nice to be able to manually add sites to the "Cookie Sites" dialog.

Oops, it's not the same as 67431 since that one deals with images and this one with cookies. But it doesn't matter because 67430 has been marked as a dup of 33467 which deals with both. So it all works out in the end.
