The "Processor Notes" row in the report table shows the reason for this, the crash could not be processed by minidump_stackwalk: /data/socorro/stackwalk/bin/stackwalk.sh returned no header lines for reportid: 280242093; No thread was identified as the cause of the crash; No signature could be created because we do not know which thread crashed; /data/socorro/stackwalk/bin/stackwalk.sh returned no frame lines for reportid: 280242093; /data/socorro/stackwalk/bin/stackwalk.sh failed with return code 1 when processing dump 015b7579-d4c7-485c-87f4-06c062110802 The minidump collected for this crash appears to be empty: https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/rawdumps/015b7579-d4c7-485c-87f4-06c062110802.dump cc'ing ted in case there's anything useful to do here, otherwise I think breakpad just wasn't able to collect and/or submit enough info.
There's not anything useful we can do with zero-byte minidumps. At some point I hope to fix bug 587729 to avoid this situation.
So this can be closed as INVALID?
