Browser flickers when mouseover personas banner in about:home , It is annoying. 
and Browser accesses www.getpersonas.com every time when open about:home.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Start browser
2. Click HOME
3. Mouse over the personas banner

Actual Results: 
  Browser flickers, It is annoying.
  Browser accesses www.getpersonas.com

Expected Results: 
  Should remove personas banner.
  Should not accesses any external site.

Hmm, is the Behavior any different compared to directly going to http://www.getpersonas.com/en-US/ and previewing a Personas?

I don't think so, no?

In the about:home, it is annoying.

If I open  http://www.getpersonas.com/en-US/
It is no problem flickering browser when mouseover personas banner, because it is intentional to install persona.
