This can happen once mirror saturation is good enough, though it's usually a good idea to also have final_verification run and OK before going public on the website. ----- Release date is Tuesday, no meaningful changes since 2.3b3.

Maybe our relnotes need to be adapted once the FF6 relnotes are out, but that'll be for our relnotes bug then. Otherwise this should be it (cf. staging site). Note that due to the larger news.en.xml additions, this has the risk of breaking once pushed live. Unfortunately I can neither check that locally nor on the staging site.

Note: I'll be completely AFK on 17/18 August (CEST) and will have very little time on the 16th (release day; again CEST for me). IOW, don't count on me for doing the pushes (and FF6 relnotes sync) this time. I'll unassign myself now to reflect that. You may still ask (add comments and hope for replies), though.
