Steps:
1. Go to Amex.com
2. There is a message on the top showing,
'Firefox beta prevented this site from opening a pop-up window'
3. Try with Android's default browser.
No pop up blocking message.
Expected:
Message should not show in ff that prevent loading pop up but not in default browser

The popup prompts you to install flash, which we don't support yet.
