Add a Cancel button when email contains insecure information

Details
I use IMAP with SSL. I sometimes get HTML messages which contain images or some
other remote data. When I access these messages, I get a dialog from Mozilla
that says "You have requested an insecure document. ...." with an OK button. I'm
not given the option of either not downloading the insecure information or
canceling (i.e. not downloading the message at all).
