DESCRIPTION:
There is some flicker to left of the ad banner image at the middle of the page
(after "Mainboard Guide", before "Storage Guide")

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. goto http://www.tomshardware.com/

DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY ON:
Mozilla nightly build 2001-02-08-04 on Windows NT 4.0 sp6.

WORKS CORRECTLY ON:
Communicator 4.7 on Windows NT 4.0 sp6.
MSIE 5.00 on Windows NT 4.0 sp6.
Been seeing this for some time on linux too, and still see it. 2001020721
Commented about it in bug 63678, now fixed. (it was about the whole frame
flickering).

Not sure if this got a separate bug before.
The gif 18075.gif is a single frame animated gif, speed set to 0 ms.
Which means there is no animation. Yet it flickers, and out of place too.

I'll look for a dup.

can't find exact dup. May be a general bug regarding progress calls to animated
gifs or how frames are decoded. pnunn decide.
(Got the frame speed info from Gimp)
