With the webapp development for fennec going on, we'll need some sort of dashboard to manage the openwebapps that users will be purchasing and installing. I believe the Desktop addon will have something like about:Apps or something similar to manage the manifest files. Fennec should have something like that as well once the OWA apis land. cc'ing UX and ragavan
