Build 2001-02-09-04: NT4, Linux RH 6.2 Overview: The Account Wizard dialogs have no mnemonics in the current builds. Expected Results: Mnemonics should appear for all Account Wizard dialogs according to the spec (http://mozilla.org/mailnews/specs/accounts/).

the textfields in the account wizard now have access keys. (cannot add access keys to radiobuttons due to an old xul bug.) i don't think we need to have access keys for the buttons, since many other windows in the apps don't use them. marking w4m.
