If the page references a favicon (via <link rel="shortcut icon">) but that file is not accessible (not existent on server), Page Info shows its dimensions as 0x0px but its size as the size of the server reply (404). There is no indication that the file could not be fetched.

Confirmed on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:9.0a1) Gecko/20110904 Firefox/9.0a1 ID:20110904030822 3.6 has the same issue - so if it's a regression, it isn't recent
