Details

When the cursor is over the Get Msg button, it will not highlight.  When the
cursor is over the arrow for the Get Msg Button, both the button and the arrow
THEN highlight.  When the Get Msg button is clicked alone, the button does not
go down. When the arrow for the Get Msg button is clicked, both the arrow and
the button go down.
The other buttons in the mail menu work normally.
This happens with both the Modern theme and the Classic theme.
I am running Windows 98 SE, Mozilla Build ID: 2001021108.
