Provide visual cue for active tab on tab previews

When tab previews are enabled it's currently not possible to determine what the active tab was if you don't remember. You could use alt+tab to get back to the window, but a visual cue of which tab is active on the actual previews would be very nice.
Bug 586155 will make tab previews only for delayed hover, but this feature would still be nice for delayed hovers.

Note: There is a visual cue for the active tab if Firefox is the foreground window. But as soon as it gets lowered in the z-order we lose the information about active tab. IE works in the same way so this is probably default windows behaviour that should be fixed when we are not the foreground window.

generally speaking the tab previews is a really slow UI for window switching, which is why we decided not to enable it. Fixing a bug for a feature that is off my default is a pretty low priority.
