Right now, we fetch pending and running json from http://build.mozilla.org. We can't switch that to https, because the https there thinks it needs you to auth with your LDAP account info, but once bug 657359 moves things around to a separate public subdomain, we should switch to https so we're not sucking random insecure data into our nice secure tbpl.

And now, bug 723384, we fetch it from builddata.pub.build.mozilla.org, but because that uses a cert only valid for build.m.o, still over http.

Pretty sure I tested this in a browser that was neither LDAP authed nor willing to accept our self-signed certs. Pretty sure.
