Expected results: The input fields, and scroll bars shouldn't freeze because they don't on any other browser.

additional notes to "steps to reproduce" then i created a z-index with 200 and put a div with enough content to scroll a scroll bar and a i had a input field.

Or just do a force-reload (hold shift while clicking the reload button or triggering the reload keyboard shortcut).
