This covers the "Addon support" flow, where we link to the addon support website, or provide an email, so that's 3 steps. Note: the To: Password Exporter Pro text is not a link to the authors email, probably best not to make it blue. When they click "send request" we need to send an email. The email format is: To: Developer Reply-to: user’s email address Subject: New Support Request for {add-on name} Your add-on, {add-on name}, has received a new support request: User: {user name} Email: {email} Purchased on Jan. 7, 2011 Details: {user’s support details} {user’s useragent string} Please reply to this email to respond to the user’s request.
