If a user clicks "I can't install my purchase" or "I have billing or payment concerns" then we need the "Helpful Resources" > "Contact Mozilla" > "Support Request Sent" pages done.
Note: the text To: Mozilla Marketplace Support is not a link and should probably not be blue.
When completed, we send an email that reads (this wasn't in the mocks, I just made it up):
To: Marketplace support
Reply-to: user’s email address
Subject: New Support Request for {add-on name}
Add-on, {add-on name}, has received a new support request:
User: {user name}
Email: {email}
Purchased on Jan. 7, 2011
Details:
{user’s support details}
{user’s useragent string}
Please reply to this email to respond to the user’s request.
