We need the 2 pages "Request Refund" the last page title should be renamed to "Request For Refund Sent". This will send an email to the addon developer that reads: To: Developer Subject: New Refund Request for {add-on name} Your add-on, {add-on name}, has received a new refund request: User: {user name} Purchased on {date} Price: {price} Reason given: {reason} To approve or deny this request, click here: {approval link} The URL in there implies a page where the addon developer can go and approve or deny refunds, this will come in a later bug.
