I always have to scroll down to submit my queries, and that submit query button is hidden between two other big buttons. We should add another submit query (you can have more than one! really!) button at the top to make doing queries faster and easier to discover...
Good idea, but there is already a bit query page reorganization going on in bug 16775. Maybe this can still be added there. (Adding dependency.)

No longer depends on: 16775
moving all closed Bugzilla bugs to the new Bugzilla product. This batch is DUPLICATE/INVALID/WORKSFORME/WONTFIX reassigning to default owner and QA in case of the bug being reopened. Clearing milestones, since we really shouldn't have them on these types of resolutions. Sorry for the spam everyone...
