all we have to do is change a <text> to a <html>

Here is the patch mentioned in alecf's 20010215 comment with <text> to <html>
I can't verify that it works exactly because other boxes in the layout adjust
the minimum width for me. It seems I am constrained by some other element.

oof.. we loose an access key, as well as the clickable behavior of the label if
we do that. I guess it wasn't that easy :)
cc'ing ben to see if he has an enhanced <html> or <text> that will do this for us.

The lost accesskey is bug 56701.
The clickable behaviour can be restored by a bit of XBL.
I might be able to figure out a new widget to do this.
