Steps to reproduce:
I have a website that generates a report. This report is written in html and asp. When the user views the report some of the borders do not display on the screen. The borders do print as they should.
Actual results:
Some of the cell borders don't show on the screen but do print
Expected results:
They should show on the screen
I should note that this has been a problem since version 5.0. The html that is generated is strict html 4.01 and passes the tests at validator.w3.org

Summary: table borders don't always show on screen → table cell borders don't always show on screen
I copied the html code from the resulting webpage into a html file and opened it in firefox. It viewed correctly. I went back to the server reran the report and it viewed incorrectly. So:
viewing report on the server - the report is missing cell borders like the attachment.
right-click report, view page source, copy and paste into a html file, view file in firefox - the report is correctly displayed
I can't give you access to the server as it is for public safety. Perhaps we can share a logmein or similar session.
Are you at default zoom level? (sounds like bug 410959)
Did this work in earlier versions of Firefox?
Did you test on different computers?
I remember it was broken after I installed FF 5. I did not write this application before then so the bug may be older than version 5. You are correct that I was using a different zoom level. I will add myself to 410959
