1. Open mozilla.
2. Start DOM Viewer from Debug menu.
3. Press browser Reload button.
4. Press viewer Load button.
Actual Results: Crash.

The DOM viewer is no longer maintained. If you think you can fix it, go ahead :-)
I see this on windows95 build 2001021408.
