From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; 0.8) Gecko/20010214 BuildID: 2001021420 The background of iframes are not properly painted. On "repaint", it steals background material from another iframe. Or something. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: * Load the URL or testcase. * Do a repaint (alt-tab to another window, then go back) * See the background of the top iframe is filled by the second iframe. Actual Results: The background of the first iframe is somehow filled by the second iframe. Expected Results: Mozilla should paint a default-colored background. (In my case - white) If scrollbars="no" is removed, this strangeness disappears.

I can reproduce with linux build 2001021421 by bringing up the context menu for the top iframe -- the area under the context menu is not repainted. Going to attach a version of the main file that will work directly from bugzilla without needing to download it.
