Two windows opening for local file

Details
When a local file is opened directly and mozilla is not active it is opened into
two windows.
I have it set up so that mozilla is the default for html files. So when I open
a local html file it opens Mozilla. The only problem is that if mozilla is not
currently running it opens two mozilla windows. Both displaying the file. It
works fine if Mozilla is already running, it opens just one more mozilla window
for the requested file.
This is obviously not a big deal, just a pain some times.
reporter: please search bugzilla and find a bug of which to mark this a
duplicate.

I checked the bug database before I entered this bug. I thought it would be a
common bug. I did not find it in my initial search. That is why I put in the
bug. I have looked again like you asked and I can not find a duplicate bug. I
have been searching on both "local file" and "multiple windows" and can't find a
thing. If there is a better way to search I would welcome it. Let me know if
there is something else you think I should look for. Or maybe I am using the
search thing incorrectly let me know if you think I am. I am new to this whole
bug reporting thing so I could be doing stuff wrong.
btw: I got 400+ bugs listed on the "local file" search and 50+ on "multiple
windows" just to let you know, so you can tell if I am doing the search correctly.

Thanks for trying to locate this bug before and after filing Jesse. The
Bugzilla Query form can be a little difficult to use for now reporters. A
couple quick tips about finding bugs:
1. check http://www.mozilla.org/quality/most-frequent-bugs/ to see if your bug
in in he list of most frequently reported bugs or query for all bugs with
keyword mostfreq (this query might contain a few more bugs than the list.)
2. query the subject _or_ description field with one or two words trying
case-insensitive substring or all words for the search option. (from _your_
summary, substring "two windows" on summary or description query would have
turned up this bug)
3. ask on irc.mozilla.org #mozillazine.
4. query for bugs with status RESOLVED and resolution DUPLICATE and a word or
two in teh description or summary field. This might catch a duplicate that
would point you at the original.
Thanks for your help in testing mozilla and reporting bugs.
