java plugin stops browser from loading.

Details
When using "javaplugin.so" from JDK1.3 for linux, in plugin/ folder
mozilla doesnt load:
INTERNAL ERROR on Browser End: Some problem with the version 5
System error?:: Invalid argument

Reporter we need more information, what build id are you using? Where did you
download the plugin from? What Linux OS are you using etc? Please respond with
these details so we can help you out.

For some reason, xpi files also don't install correctly for me ...
(Linux 2.4.2 / glibc 2.2 / slackware 7.2 / Mozilla build ID : 2001022509)
Then I also installed the plugin manually. It crashes because it expects the
plugin to be a SYMLINK to the .so file in java2/plugin

Reporter, you can't copy the plugin file to the plugins directory, you have to
symlink to it. It is indeed a dup of bug 61049
