When TAB causes scroll, previous outline [displayed focus] not erased

Details
When using TAB to move through the links on a page, if a TAB causes a scroll,
the dashed-line box around the previous link is not erased.
I'm using version 0.8 under Linux.
Sorry if this is a dup; I tried to find it but was unable.

i can repro this on linux and mac [2001.02.19.08 bits].
strangely enough, i cannot seem to repro this on winNT [same build] --in fact,
what i see is that the [next+1]-th link [after scrolling] is *skipped*. ie, the
outline that displays focus doesn't appear on the [next+1]-th link. i saw this
on http://mozilla.org.
Severity: normal → minor
Hardware: PC → All
