Bug 619043 added some parser termination checks that should become useless once bug 694101 has been fixed. At that point, the checks should be reverted (and maybe turned into assertions, though).

Bulk-downgrade of unassigned, >=5 years untouched DOM/Storage bugs' priority and severity.
