steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/apps/app/sinuous
2. Purchase the app
3. Click on the install button after purchase.
expected behavior:
app gets installed and is listed at https://myapps.mozillalabs.com/
actual behavior:
app install doesn't happen. Instead we see a modal which says "You have already purchased this app"

Note: Automatic install not getting triggered is bug 694715. This bug on the other hand is to allow the user to install the same paid app multiple times.
