This would have caught bug 694397, for example.
Maybe it would have caught bug 695325, too ;)
White-listing would be troublesome, isn't it? e.g. "MacRoman" http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/annotate/72bb20c484a2/dom/locales/en-US/chrome/charsetTitles.properties#l60 or "MacCyrillic", "HKSCS", "SSL", "TSL", "Add-ons" etc. do not sound natural English words, for my Firefox's spellchecker picks up these words. If a tool checks those which include such words automatically, we need a long white list. And it needs updating, every time a developer uses a new proper noun.
