Details

For the user it is important to know which events are moved to the server and which are just in locale cache. So it might be an idea to cut a small piece of a corner for unsynced events or have them in shaded slightly or show it in the tooltip for now.
I agree, it would be great if unsynched events could be differentiated from synced events.
