Extra newslines are added before and after quotation. Steps to reproduce: (1) Compose a message as below and save as draft. ************ a > b c ************ (2) Select the saved draft and hit reply button. The message is quoted as below. ************ > a > >> b > > c ************ Bug 63081 may be a related bug.
