+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #698983 +++ The patch for bug 686248 makes it impossible for an EV site to show up as EV due to a silly typo. This was not caught in any of the automated tests. We cannot test the entire verification process because that would require OCSP and a real EV cert. But, we can do unit testing on SecureBrowserUI and nsNSSSocketInfo and nsSSLStatus and a mock nsIX509Cert3 implementation.
