Simon Fraser asked me to make some icons and BNDL resources for the mac viewer and PPEmbed applications. S Dagley has registered MOZV and MOZP with Apple DTS as creator codes for these apps. This is a breakout from bug 5698

Andy: I'm happy to review project and resource changes on the basis of a description of what you have changed. No need to attach lots of binary files. I *would* like to see screenshots of the new icons, tho.

Hmm. With the new mozilla icon (rebuild your desktop), I think we need to match the theme of that.

This bug is targeted at a Mac classic platform/OS, which is no longer supported by mozilla.org. Please re-target it to another platform/OS if this bug applies there as well or resolve this bug.
