steps to reproduce: 1. Upload an app with a custom icon 2. Load the app detail page or go to https://apps-preview-dev.allizom.org/en-US/apps/app/birdwalker/ 2. Notice that the app has no icon actual behavior: Custom icon is not showing up [][] z.devhub.task:INFO [1@None] Fetching icon for webapp BirdWalker. z.rn:INFO [app:2] has a lock on "BirdWalker"

I suspect this is server-config related, not code. Tell oremj or I what you need and we'll be all over it. https://apps-preview-dev.allizom.org/services/monitor is happy with file path permissions, fwiw.
