I think firefox not correctly render border around mixed ltr, rtl links. For reproduce this problem, first open this link: data:text/html;charset=utf-8,<a%20style="font-size:1000%"%20href="http://example.com">text%20%D9%85%D8%AA%D9%86%20text</a> Then just press a tab! (Select that link by tab)
