Details

It seems that we traverse XBL proto documents quite often, yet they stay alive. Perhaps we could keep XBL proto documents alive until shutdown. Or at least try to figure out if we could skip some traversing.

Last night I posted https://hg.mozilla.org/try/rev/99a425b24dbe to tryserver. But I actually want to do something else. Long living XBL proto documents shouldn't even be added to graph, if just possible.
