steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://apps-preview-dev.allizom.org/en-US/apps/app/birdwalker/?src=cb-dl-downloads
expected behavior:
Install button says "Purchase for $0.01"
actual behavior:
Install button says "Install app" and is greyed out.
