The upstream repo at https://hg.mozilla.org/projects/htmlparser underwent some validator-specific development while m-c was blocked on View Source reviews. This caused some drift between the upstream and the .java copies in m-c. Resynchronize those to make subsequent changes easier.

I'm really looking for a rs+ here. It's not necessary to review the changes of the .java files. The point is reviewing that no C++ change. The changes in the .java files are validator stuff that doesn't participate on the C++ side. Landing this patch makes future landings easier (free of merge conflicts in the .java files).
