In 2001022714/MacOS9.0.4 build: After closing all Mozilla's window, any item in menubar nor keyborad shortcut does not work. They works again with opening new window by sending an AppleEvent (ex: OpenURL ) to Mozilla.
This was fixed about an hour and a half after the build you are using was built. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 68766 ***
