1. Load https://apps-preview-dev.allizom.org/en-US/apps/
2. Click on "MARBLE RUN"(https://apps-preview-dev.allizom.org/en-US/apps/app/marble-run-8/?src=cb-dl-home) app listed under "Free apps"
expected behavior:
Only Public and enabled apps are listed in our gallery
actual behavior:
We list user-disabled apps on our public pages
